Release_procedure

• Check the source code style. Re-run code formatter.
• Commit all changes.
• Create a tag of complete trunk into tags/osra-[version] e.g. svn copy https://osra.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/osra/trunk https://osra.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/osra/tags/osra-1.3.7
• Checkout tags/osra-[version] and create a package using make dist
• Upload the package to SourceForge
