#4 Error displaying single quotes

This qdb broke when I moved to another host that obviously has a different version of php, or something turned off, or some general qdb breaking feature.

In para.inc.php in the includes directory, pretty much the first line of code is

$quotenum = $_SERVER[argv][0];

This returns nothing whatsoever.

$quotenum = $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'];

works fine and does exactly the same thing.
