Open Source Portfolio 1.0.0 released

The Open Source Portfolio Initiative (OSPI) is a collaborative, open source, software development project based on the University of Minnesota System's (U of MN) electronic portfolio (ePortfolio) software.

The Open Source Portfolio Initiative (OSPI) is a newly formed group committed to working together on the development and use of openly shared ePortfolio software code. Anyone interested in furthering work towards this goal is welcome to join OSPI.

OSPI 1.0 code is available 7/30/2003 following extensive testing by the OSPI core and external beta sites (Iowa State, University of Rhode Island, Carnegie Knowledge Media Lab, Virginia Tech, University of Central Florida, Framingham State College, University at Buffalo, Georgetown University, and Clayton College). The OSPI license, documentation, and source code are available from http://theospi.org.
