#82 Cannot built 0.5.68 on Linux

1. directories in the tar.gz are not executable (easy to fix)
2. python setup.py build fails:

And really, osc.py is nowhere to be found.

I tried to use osc.py from the previous version but don't know where to put it.

1. After a failed build it's impossible to rerun it since the libsrv directory gets deleted.

2. Informative installation instructions are missing
