#65 Pirate vs. Eden

Pirate has nonchangeble enabled pacts with Eden:
Passage for civilian ships
Passage for military ships

That implicate that pirates ships on Eden orbit should not fire on Eden and vice versa.
Also I should be able deploy my base on free planet with Eden base and peacefully coexist.

So, there is the problem. I can attack Eden, Eden fire to me and after conquer Eden I don`t take any technology. >:(
