[Osp-toolkit-client] i can't get CA certificate from server

Hello, I am a new user of NexSRS. I have a problem :
I already successfully installed OSP server, i use following command line to get CA cert from OSP Server :
./enroll -function getcacert -caurl http://<myserver'sIP>:1080/tep > cacert_0.pem

I received 'cacert_0.pem' but this file is empty 
and in the web server interface, there are reports in logs :
2008-03-04 17:30:17|  8656|Call Attempts: <0> for past minute, <0> for past hour, <0> for past hour extrapolated.
2008-03-04 17:30:28|   384|This application does not support TEP or SCEP enrollment protocols

Is my OSP server not support TEP ? How can I resolve this problem ?
