Either to the AOSP Contacts app (or compatible), or even to a native Android osm implementation?
No cloud, should sync using local network or remotestorage.io (open protocol for per-user storage on the Web).
I second. Your website states that "there is not enough interest", but I signed up here just to let you know that there is interest in having an ability to sync to Android, even and also via webbased service, but especially also via local network or even bluetooth, e.g. if osmo released android implementation.
