#98 RFE: command line switch to not run a second instance

Dear Osmo,

Xfce 4.10 will attampt to restart any program that was running when it was last shutdown. If I place Osmo in the start up, I get two copies running witht he possability of corruptions, which has happened to me before.

Since you can already tell when another instance of Osmo is running, would you please consider adding a comand line switch that would jut exit Osmo if it finds another instance running. That way Osmo could be safely added to the start up.
