#10 add an indication of phases (or time) remainging

Given that some osm data set installs may take a long time to complete, having an indication in the monitor output of what work remains would be helpful. This could be something like "5 of 12 tasks completed" or "estimated time remaining: xxxd xxxh xxxm," if that is possible.
