I'm seeing some suspicious things; in particular I'm surprised to
see multiple ads with the same Name.  As I currently understand
the design, the collector should only allow one ad with a given
Name.  If this constraint is violated, the negotiator will
ASSERT, as observed.  I'll dig deeper to see why the collector
isn't behaving as I expect.  Your ads make testing this easier.
