COLLADA plugin moving into OSG core

The 2006-08-17a_v1.4 package is the final release of the OpenSceneGraph COLLADA plugin to be developed on the SourceForge CVS. The COLLADA plugin source is moving into the OSG core, and future development of the plugin will occur in the OSG repository.
