#76 Article blank after save - php warning in error-log

I'm on 1.4.0-ST

I saved an article today and lost everything in it. The Question and the Answer. It's a blank article in the Category now.

When I looked in the error logs on the server. I saw these three entries. Could these be causing the save issue? I don't remember modifing one of these files but it might be one of the include files causing the problems. Any suggestions?
