Instalation is OK and the database has been created.. but when start osfaq.php an error 500 is what i get .. should this version be compatible? with osticket 1.10?
Best Regards
Miguel Gomes
osfaq hasnt been updated in a while so im guessing it might not be compatible with osticket 1.10.
When I get time I can have a look... if its not major I might be able to fix the issue but not having seen the newer versions of ost yet I cant be 100% on that yet.
If I had to guess I would say "yes I can fix it". I wont have time until late this week though.

Looks like ive got it running but I still need to test it to make sure everything functions as expected.
I also put togeather the basics for plugin integration to make adding navigation tabs/links more automated but I still need to investigate that option more as Im not sure about submenu support yet. If it looks ok I'll add it into this update, if not i'll put it on the backburner for later and update the osFaq installer instructions for the new ost v1.10 file edits.
Should have a functional version available before the end of the weekend unless I encounter any major issues.

Tim

New version available osFAQ 1.2.2 ST.
You can find out more at https://osfaq.oz-devworx.com.au/downloads/
Please let me know ASAP if theres any issues... I skipped intensive testing for this release but did verify everything appears to work properly. By intensive testing I mainly mean checking previous osticket versions but Im fairly confidant it should be ok.
To install, follow the instructions in the download. Youll need to use the installer after uploading.... it will retain all of your previous settings and data.
Note the change to the admin link in the getTabs() osticket function. Its important. The installer will let you know and its in the manual instruction on the osfaq site.
Regards and cheers,
Tim
