OST 1.9 Integration

Hi Tim, OS Faq has been a great plugin, as you know. Recently, I've tried to integrate it into OST 1.9. Everything looks good. The admin portion works well, creating/adding faq works well. Content is viewable from the admin console.
Even the created FAQs display on the support page. However, when you click on the FAQ, nothing comes up. It can't seem to find the page generated in html. You can test the example here on synapseengineering.com/support. Please let me know what would be the easy fix. Re-install perhaps?

Hi,
Thanks for letting me know.
Ive been tied up with a subcontract job for the past 12 months or so and havent had time to update the plugin. I have a fairly good idea what its related to so should be able to sort it out without too much trouble. Im working on ecommerce security systems at the moment but will try and give it a look in later tonight or first thing in the morning. I'll post a patch here as soon as I get it sorted, shouldnt be too long.
Sorry for the inconvenience on that and its great to know most areas are still going strong with the newer osticket releases. That in itself will save me a bit of time.
Kind Regards,
Tim Gall
Hi, Check ticket 57 for the answer to this http://sourceforge.net/p/osfaq/support-requests/57
I think its related to your .htaccess file not being present in your osTicket directory. You appear to have osFAQs SEO URLs enabled which requires some modRewrite commands which usually reside in a .htaccess file.
There was an issue with the osFAQ settings page not being able to save settings with osTicket 1.9.4. The last patch attached to ticket 57 fixes this issue https://sourceforge.net/p/osfaq/support-requests/_discuss/thread/3e0584d5/fcbb/attachment/osFAQ-v1.2.1ST_SETTINGS-PATCH.zip
The patch is also available from the downloads area:
