osFAQ v1.4.0-ST available

osFAQ v1.4.0-ST includes new functionality for Canned-Responses, Import/Export and a modular search form as well as minor fixes and improvements to the existing system. Compatible with osTicket 1.10.x series.

The new install package at SourceForge also has integration examples suitable for use with file-compare software to simplify and smooth the integration steps. The examples are also usefull when integrating by hand as a visual reference. See the EXTRAS folder in the packaged 1.4.0-ST release.
