Staff edit control by Role

Currently, you can only limit osFAQ edit if Admin or not.
Would it be possible to reconize a role?
Maybe after we create a role. Then go to Settings and under allow staff. Have a menu that shows all the roles and only selected role can edit, if not an Admin.

Sounds feasible enough and well thought out. Will see if I can get it into the next release.

Have you been able to look into this feature any further? It would be nice to be able to manage these better. A new tab under Agent settings called osFAQ next to Permissions tab or even with-in Permissions tab next to Knowledgebase.
Unfortunately I havent had time yet. I have to work around my professional obligations first.
Hopefully I can get into it late June 2018. Will most likely work on the internal functionality first and finish at the user interface portion. Any and all suggestions & ideas will be taken into account during the planning and development stages.
