#6 osFAQ Variables

Hi Tim,

It owuld be nice to have variables we can use to pull parts of osFAQ to different parts of you module to different locations in osTicket. For example, I owuld like to replace the osticket knowledgebase search with osFAQ search on the homepage.

Ive put a modular search form togeather that will work on any of the osTicket pages. It will be included in osFAQ v1.4.0-ST which should be released very soon. It also includes support for osTicket canned-responses.
I'll put some integartion instructions with examples togeather for the modular search form and include them in the finished release.
