anything more creative than just sticking it at the bottom of the main new

Hi,
Ive been sticking it at the top, directly below the main heading "Welcome to
the support center" on index.php.
My thinking behind the choice is to try and answer questions before the client
creates a new ticket.
The format of the module can be edited in the stylesheet (including layout
position of each section)
if you need it to fit anywhere else. It could easily be reformatted to fit in
a side column or the likes.
If anyone would like to share their thoughts on this, please do.
