I believe this is due to faulty logic in the dbt5-run-workload script.
I believe it's trying get plans after the database has been shut
Is there any chance that the stored functions were not installed?
This is the only reason I can think of that all the transactions fail.
It's the second misnumbered step 2 in the postgres readme:
I also noticed that the db/log file is empty, which is supposed to be
the postgres log file. Is it possible that the log is being
redirected somewhere else? That would confirm whether or not my guess
is right. I'm not very skilled in the logging facilities (hence
db/log is empty) but based on your configuration it might overridden
and be in $PGDATA/pg_log/postgresql-%Y-%m-%d_%H%M%S.log.
