Lot's of improvements and fixes. This brings all the patches up to date.

Mostly bug fixes with some added flexibility.

Our aim with 3.0 was to make OSDial easier and friendlier to use than ever before. The first module to be updated was the Modify Campaigns as you can see in the screenshots.

To further improve the ease of use we also updated the inline help and it now shows up with a mouse-over of the new question mark icon. Lots of behind the scenes updates.

Moving up to Asterisk 11 resolved some bugs and opened the door to some very valuable functionality. ... read more

A new version with big improvements has been going through testing and is expected to go gold soon. Look forward to a big increase in capacity, a overhauled interface, etc.

We got too busy and never updated these news. But 2.3 was fully released early 2012.

January 10, 2011. OSDial 2.2.9. This is final code without the graphics changes. There are now about 1200 changes, making an upgrade very worthwhile. This is a stable release.

On January 5, 2010, OSDial 2.2 was released. With many new features and improvements totalling in about 600 changes, this is a must upgrade.

Effective from version 2.1.0.001 you can get updates directly through yum. Simple enter:

yum update osdial

Updates, security and bug fixes will be automatically done, including changes in database structure.

OSDial (Open Source Dialer) is a mature and full-featured predictive dialer suite intended for contact centers which place and receive calls over digital phone (T1/E1) lines and/or through VoIP providers.

There is a "no-fuss" method of trying the software - a LiveCD ISO which can be run off of a CD or USB flash drive. Simply download the LiveCD ISO, burn it to a CD or flash drive, and boot up on a computer (at least 1.5Ghz and 2GB RAM).... read more
