A few bug fixes and a feature or two have been added, and since several of
you have been requesting related fixes, I thought I'd send notice to the
general list.

Updates are:

    * Fixed bug #1674084 for model view behavior (cancel, escape work,
      and there is a new Save As button).
    * Fixed bug #1348552 for improper treatment of run IDs for
      limit cycle continuation (actually, this was fixed some
      iterations ago).
    * Fixed bug #1284235 regarding log scale reset malfunction.
      Everything can now be set separately.
