[oscill8-info] v1.9.24, limit cycle continuation is fixed

I finally found a bit of time to fix limit cycle continuation (new 
version is 1.9.24); similar to the sample period/min/max feature, limit 
cycle continuation (right click on Hopf bifurcations to continue this 
way) returns the period and min/max of each component on the limit cycle.

WARNING: the default tolerances etc for limit cycle continuation are 
quite low and will take a very long time for large models especially. 
Easing up on DS, NMX and possibly the EPS* constants will make your life 
easier. In a future release, I will set more reasonable default values 
for these parameters, but for now, better safe than sorry (but be patient!)
