#1 oscc repos error 404

I have installed the http://repos.oscc.org.my/centos/5/os/i386/CentOS/oscc-repos-0.0.1-1.noarch.rpm on Fedora 11. The rror I get when doing a yum update is as follows;

http://repos.oscc.org.my/centos/11/os/i386/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: oscc-repo. Please verify its path and try again

I checked with website and confirm that the URL to the xml does not exist. How can I install OSCC programmes?
