Hi, We are migrating to OSCAR and I am trying to setup a test server and was wondering if you could give me a breakdown of the tables that will need to be populated in order to move over the following data:
- Hospitals (Hospital Codes for sites) I would assume this would map to Site or Facility
- Providers (Physicians using the system) I would assume this would map to Provider
- Referrers (Physicians, midwives, etc) I would assume this would be Provider and others??
- Demographics (Patient Data) I would assume this would map to Demographic
- Schedules I would assume this would map to Appointment
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
