#77 MyISAM or Innodb

Is it better to use MyISAM or Innodb with OSCAR? The read me file in the database directory says:

"It is highly advised that installations use the InnoDB engine. As of this writing
it is the default engine under windows installations but is not for linux/unix
installations. You may encounter foreign key errors if you're not using innodb."

but I noticed that a number of the tables in the create scripts have the engine specified as MyISAM.
