as per our discussion here are the rules

I have sent you a list of MD providers, call these list A
create another list, call it list B, list B has a list of all clients who have any prescriptions written

copy all data from the mm database to the new database

Part I
delete all client records except for the following:
- clients who have notes written by providers in list A
- clients who have any prescription written (regardless of whether in list A) = list B

Part II
in the remaining client records delete all encounter notes not written by a provider with CAISI role = doctor
