OSCAR EMR will be transitioning its Bug and Feature Request Trackers from SourceForge to JIRA on December 3rd and 4th. During this time, the Bug and Feature Trackers on SourceForge and JIRA will be unavailable.

To create new bug reports and feature requests after December 5, you will need to create a JIRA account
