Makes the faded checkbox problem appear trivial, when you can't even read the test request. If I print the original PDF, it appears with larger font, sharper letters, and darker print. Something seems to be happening when the pdf is converted to PNG. Odd that it did not occur with the old BC Bio png file. Won't be worth using the new form until the output quality is improved. Do not delete the previous lab requisition image (LabReq.png) or else you will not have an image for the old lab req form. The lab requisition does not have the updated lab hours of operation yet.
