Change Description
Requesting a feature to be able to manage blood work for disease registry patients.
This could be possible by incorporating it into the Disease Registry report tool. A new column could be added for last blood work completed and color code it based on a 3 month window that has specifically been requested.
Unless there is somewhere for the system to grab this blood work information from automatically, it may be necessary to allow for user input somewhere as to the last date of blood taken and have the disease registry report pull that info.

Minimum testing requirements/process
Testing would require patients be added to the disease registry (250 Diabetes would be best example) and run report for all patients in registry, confirm accuracy of new column data.
Required testing could differ depending on whether the last part mentioned in the Change Description would be necessary

Awareness of color codes that would be used (e.g. green, yellow, red = OK, approaching, past due)
