#1416 Add Fax Option to Inbox Module

We have OSCAR configured to make use of Hylafax and the OSCAR FaxWs. Therefore, incoming faxes go directly into our configured "Fax" queue, in the Inbox module. Often, our clinic receives faxes that need to be faxed on to other places (e.g. if we receive faxes for a patient that has never been to our clinic, but who has seen a doctor who works at our clinic at a different clinic). It would be very time efficient and convenient to address this by adding a "Fax" button for a selected document in the Inbox module.

The current document processing options are:
-Acknowledge
-Comment
-Forward
-File
-Close
-Print
-Msg
-Tickler
-E-Chart
-Master
-Appt History
-ReFile

So a "Fax" option would be one more addition to the above list. It should follow a similar process as the current "Update & Fax" in Consultations. Therefore, if the Fax button is pressed, the user should be presented with a text field to enter a Phone Number to fax to, and a Submit button. The outgoing fax document would then appear in the Admin > Faxes > Manage Faxes list and display it's current fax status, etc.

Minimum testing requirements/process

• Attempt to fax out a document from the Inbox
• View the outgoing fax in the Mange Faxes list
• Ensure the fax is received at the phone number faxes to successfully
• Ensure the fax status is updated as "COMPLETE" once the fax is received in the Manage Faxes list

Training requirements to support changes

• Identify to users that a Fax option is now available from the Inbox.
• Demonstrate to users how to view their outgoing faxed document from the Manage Faxes screen (if they have the appropriate role to do so)
