#1207 Upgrade mydrugref XML-RPC calls to K2A OAuth transactions

Change Description (incl. Benefits)

• Change the mydrugref calls in the RX module to use OAuth instead of XML-RPC
• Change the guideline mydrugref calls upon OSCAR log in to use OAuth instead of XML-RPC

Integration risks

• Mydrugref/K2A information (warnings, interactions, bulletins, guidelines) will only be fetched/displayed once a proper OAuth authentication has been established between OSCAR and K2A (OSCAR 15 user settings)

Risk if not incorporated

• Private posts in K2A will not display or be fetched into OSCAR
• XML-RPC calls do not provide security

Minimum testing requirements/process

• Test that calls are properly established with no parameters, single parameters, and multiple parameters and results are properly converted into existing OSCAR data structures
