#4473 viewing a medication in OSCAR shows provider as "dr."

1. Have a medication added to patient

Expected Result:

1. Not all providers are Drs.

Observed:

1. from med list, click on the instructions (it's a link)
2. notice the provider column. The names have Dr. as a prefix
