#4465 1 Month Nutrition Field in Rouke Shows 2 Month Nutrition Field Data

a) create a rouke for a patient from the classic UI
b) add something into the 1 month nutrition box
c) add something into the 2 month nutrition box
c) save

Expected Result:

When I open the rouke, the saved data will be present.

Observed:

The data entered into the 2 month nutrition box is presented in both the 1m and the 2m boxes.
When the database is reviewed, the 1m data seems to be there, it's just not being displayed.
