#4407 Prevention List Manager hides items only from left side

Preconditions:
When choosing to hide preventions in your system with the Prevention List Manager the prevention item is removed from the left hand list with in the prevention module only. The prevention should also be removed from the list of preventions on the right hand side of the prevention module as well if no data has every been entered. This should apply to the preventions listed in the encounter as well.

Steps to reproduce:
A good way to reproduce the steps is to find a prevention that is already displaying on the right hand side of the prevention module and then choose to hide it.
1.search patient
2.click on E
3.click on preventions
4.notice the preventions displaying on the right hand side and choose one

1. go to admin
2. select system management
3. select prevention list manager
4. click on the prevention to hide
5. press save
6. go back to the patients chart and select preventions

Expected Result:
The prevention is hidden from the prevention master list as well as in the prevention list on the right hand side of the prevention.

Observed:
Prevention is removed only from the master list on the right hand side of the prevention module.
