#4378 Prevention Items - master list text inconsistent

Prevention Items master list text descriptions are inconsistent and some are inaccurate. The items are located in the PreventionsItem.xml file but you can see them via the interface by:

1. login to oscar
2. search a patient
3. click on encounter or "E"
4. click on preventions
5. from the preventions module you can hover over the list on the left hand side.

Or

1. go to administration
2. system management
3. click on prevention list manager

now you can see all the prevention items with the descriptions beside the name which is easier to read.
