#4360 Disease Registry - No generic icd9 for memory loss

There is no generic icd9 code for memory loss in OSCAR. It would be helpful if there was since not everyone with memory loss is given a diagnosis of dementia. it is also helpful to be able flag those with memory concerns.

1. login
2. select test patient
3. got to encounter
4. click on disease registry
5. in the empty text input type "memory" and press code search

The result is empty.
