#4348 OSCAR 15 - some eforms getting cut off at the bottom

When using the new ui to display the eforms some forms/eforms are not displaying the end of the eform because the iframe does not know to dynamically change the height.

    changed the status to open since this fix does work but have noticed on some eforms that toggle the display of some items this will cause the viewable area to increase/deccrease which when increasing can move parts of the eform out of view. Needs a better solution.
