#4344 OSCAR 15 Integration incomplete with workflow between old/new ui

E2 link was designed to help bridge the gap in workflow since the schedule was not developed with in the new ui. There are other area's that have not been redeveloped like Messenger and have common workflow that users perform to access the chart that could use the E2 link.

It is common to login, view messages and if a demographic is attached click on the "E" at the bottom of the message to access the chart.

This has been fixed but leaving open to monitor if there are other points of integration that needs improvement.
