Problem Summary
HRM reports are not being counted as part of the Inbox Indicator
Expected Result
New HRM reports delivered into Inbox should increment the notification counter accordingly
Actual Result
New HRM reports arrive into provider's Inbox but notification counter does not change
Steps to Reproduce
1. Setup HRM
2. Note Inbox notification counter
3. Enable HRM reports
4. Check if new HRM reports have arrived
5. Check Inbox notification counter on appointment screen
Additional Info:
Inbox is only checking providerLabRouting table but doesn't appear to search HRM tables
HRM report are showing as new report (highlighted) on the list and only the count is incorrect. We will investigate further on the exact behaviour. Based on the bug classification guide, this bug is downgraded.
