#4176 Necessary Button Missing from HRM Reports in Inbox

Preconditions:

1. System must be setup to receive Hospital Report through Hospital Report Manager (HRM)
2. New Hospital Reports should be new in Inbox for Viewing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click the "Inbox" tab
2. Notice a new "Hospital Report" ("HRM" will be listed under "Disipline" heading)
3. Select the report by clicking on the patient name
4. Report will open for management by User with option to "Sign-off" or "Print"

Expected Result:

1. Similar to the Unassigned Documents and Blood Lab Results, the management screen should allow for quick access to the patient eChart as well as ability to create a task in regards to Abnormal Results requiring a call-back

Observed:

1. Only gives options to "Sign-off" (Acknowledge) or "Print", with no ability to manage an abormal result effectively

Other details:

Ideally this screen should have all the same language/functionality as vieing any other type of file/report in the Inbox. For this feature the focus is on the most-used buttons, eChart and Tickler.
