#4112 Temporary file (EncounterForm-yyyy-MM-dd.hh.mm.ss.pdf) not deleted after use.

When printing notes from the Echart, a temporary file is created (EncounterForm-yyyy-MM-dd.hh.mm.ss.pdf) in the DOCUMENT_DIR but it is not deleted after that. That file is not linked to the database so there is no use to keep that file. The temporary file is recreated anyway each time the user prints the notes.
