#4103 Med Health reports do not display the measurement if the value is 1+

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Upload the med health report that is attached.
2) Open the report.

Observed Results:
1) When you open the report below the pH result it displays +1 as well as below Ketone and Nitrite as well.

Expected Results:
1) It should display Sugar below pH and the value should be 1+, additionally below ketone is should be Blood and below Nitrite should be Urine Microbiology.

Other Details:
1) Whenever the value is 1+ the type of measurement is not displayed.
