#4080 New ui_Should avoid opening duplicate windows

In new ui duplicate pop up windows can be opened for Rx, Allergies, Preventions.

Step to replicate;

1. Launch Patient's Summary in new ui
2. Select '+' sign next to Preventions several times

Expected: Opening duplicate windows should be controlled in new ui.
Observed: Duplicate Preventions windows pop up. The same behaviour occurs with Allergies and Prescriptions modules.

so if a user opens preventions window from old echart, and then from the new ui, they click the + on prevetions..is it a new window?

sry for the delay Marc I didn't see your question. Yeah what was observed if you clicked lets say the prevention "+" multiple times then multiple windows were opening up. So now when you click on the plus sign only one popup window will be opened.
