#4069 Failed to load PDF Envelope

Failed to load PDF document from patient's demographic in old ui.

Steps to replicate:

1. Open patient's Master file
2. Select PDF Envelope button

Expected: PDF document is loaded successfully and user is able to print pdf document
Observed: Failed to load PDF Envelope. Blank window pops up.

NOTES:

1. The bug was introduced by this feature:
