OSCAR build tag: 532
Client browser: FF 17 ESR

Preconditions:
1) The patient must be rostered and have a roster date.
Steps to Reproduce

2) a- Furthermore, click on FOBT on the right side and input a value.
2) b- Click on COLONOSCOPY on the right side and input a date that is more than five years old and not more than 10 years old, such as in the year 2009.
3) Click on the save button
4) Thereafter, click on the report tab and choose DemographicReportTool.
5) Then create a set which will include the patient for which we have just inputted FOBT prevention for.
6) Once the set has been created in the textbox above Save Query input a name for this then click on the Save Query button.

Observed Result
1) When the results are displayed, for the patient which we have created the FOBT prevention it will say No info.
Expected Results
1)If the FOBT prevention is more than 5 years old it will display No Info, but according to the newer OHIP rules states that colonoscopy done within the last 10 years is valid.
It's in the OHIP bulletin, page 4 under Colorectal cancer screening - tracking code Q133A "who have had a colonoscopy within the last 10 years"

I am seeing different result in R12_1 and Master for both before and after fix in Prevention Report i18n when the FOBT prevention is greater than 5 years and less than 10 years. In both cases it indicates status as 'Overdue' in the report regardless whether the FOBT prevention was provided > than 5 or < than 10 years.
It will say 'Due' in the report if the FOBT prevention is >=24 months.
Please see attachments.

Hi Suni,
This is actually related to Colonoscopy being done with the past 10 years (as opposed to within 5 years). I adujsted #2 of the instuctions. Please try again.
H.
I am albe to replicate the issue when Colonscopy is done with past 5 years and it shows No info for FOBT status in the preventions report.
To validate the fix, please elaborate on the expected result. When Colonscopy is done within the past 10 years it says FOBT status is Ineligible in the preventions report. Is it expected behavior?
In the screen shot you have provided if you change the date of the prevention to more than five years old and not more than 10 years old, and then do the prevention report it will display as No Info
That's seems to be what the screen shot is about. I have re-tested the fix for R12_1 using build # 538 and have provided a screen shot above where Colonscopy prevention is done more than 5 years and no more than 10 years. As you can see there is a notification “Colonoscopy makes FOBT Inelligible” in the preventions module and it's indicated in the report for the FOBT status as 'Ineligible' with the fix. Could it be a way to check in the code if this is an expected behavior? With no fix with the same condition (Colonscopy is done more than 5 years and no more than 10 years) it would show 'No info' in the reports.
Yes Suni this is the expected behaviour based on the bulletin. The attached bulletin mentions:
"Exclusions apply for patients with known cancer being
followed by a physician; with known inflammatory bowel
disease; who have had a colonoscopy within the last 10
years; with a history of malignant bowel disease; or with
any disease requiring regular colonoscopies for surveillance
purposes"
This means, if the colonoscopy is done within the last 10 years, it should deem the patient as "inelligible". However, if it is older than 10 years, it should have no effect.
Does this answer your question?
As for the rule on the prevention page, it was not in our attention as we looked only on the FOBT report. Do we need to change that too to show 10?
Hagir
Thank you for the detailed response. The issue has been resolved in R12_1, Master, R15_Beta.
In regards to the rule on the prevention page, It would be good that the resulted data in the report was representing what would display in the prevention module.
