When Roster status is selected as "TE-terminated", Enrolled History button becomes disabled in new ui.

Re-tested Master and R15_Beta -> issue has been resolved.

Note: Enrollment History pop up window has no scroll bar in new ui. It should be fixed for the bug [#3878].
