Replicated in both R12_1 build # 535 Master build # 2568 in Chrome. It works fine in FF and IE browsers.

In R12_1 in Vew document click on 'document' icon to preview the document. It should open a document in a new tab.
In Master not able to preview the document, received error page "Duplicate headers received from server"

I would down grade this bug due to the specific bowsor behaviour. Firefox is the only browser that OSCAR EMR QA with and please recommend users to use Firefox.
