#4041 Blank windows appears after clicking on save and next from inbox

Steps to reproduce:
1) Have a document in your inbox
2) Assign the document to a patient then click on the save and next button

Observed Results:
1) A blank window appears. ( Screenshot is attached)

Expected Results
1) Once the save and next button is clicked, it should take you to the next document
