Steps to reproduce:
Upload lab result
Open in inbox
Observe Abn Column under MIC area
Print Lab
Observe printed results of the Abn Column

Expected Result:
Values under the Abn column are either a 'S' or a 'R'

Actual Result:
Values under the Abn column are printed as only a 'N' regardless if it was a 'S' or 'R'

    Replicated in R12_1 build # 516. Attached pdf file.

      Hi Suni,

      We disagree with the adjustment to the severity rating of the ticket. Firstly, there is no workaround available for this issue. Secondly, if the lab was attached to a consult and printed or faxed, the formatting issues will show an incorrect value as to whether or not the lab is abnormal or not. This can negatively affect patient safety.

      Please re-review.

    For some reason the Oscar Handler for Spire labs assumes Abn values to be words like "CRIT" and "ABN", which is unlike any other labs and not mentioned in Hl7 documentations.
