#4034 After creating an invoice if you go back to the invoice and add a service code the fee does not update

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an invoice for a patient
2) Go back to the patient’s Masterfile and click on billing history
3) Click edit on the invoice and enter a service code and click submit
4) Then refresh the billing history, you will see that the service code field has been updated to include the additional service code but the fee has not been updated

Observed Results:
1) Once the billing history has been refreshed and the additional service code is visible, you must then click on edit again on the invoice.
2) When you click on edit again you can see the fee is now can be seen beside the service code.
3) Thereafter click submit
4) Lastly refresh the billing history once again to see that the fee has been updated.
